-that you are responsible for the origin of the products and in particular for their authenticity. If you offer for sale a counterfeit object, you are liable to be prosecuted. COUNTERFEITING IS ILLEGAL.
The seller declares and guarantees that he/she has the right to pass on the product(s) offered, that it/they are in no way subject to a charge, lease or assignment of any description or more generally reserved as the property of a third party and that no third party has any claim of any description over the product(s) and that the operation which is to be carried out will not violate the rights of any third party.

The seller attests by the sole fact that he/she is putting the product on line that its sale conforms to the legislation in force, particularly the Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle [Intellectual Property Legislation] .

DOYOUSTOCK.COM is not responsible for the contents of the advertisements, the seller not being the legitimate owner of the goods referred to in his/her advertisement, the non conformity of the goods to the description in the advertisement, lies, promises or exaggerations of the seller or of the buyer, errors made by the seller or the buyer, the illicit character of goods in any advertisement, the absence of conclusion of a sale, of the good execution by the parties of their obligations, of the absence of delivery by the seller to the buyer of the goods, of the return of the goods by the buyer, defects or faults in the goods bought (hidden or otherwise), risks attached to the transport of the goods.

The users guarantee and indemnify DOYOUSTOCK.COM against all damage suffered by DOYOUSTOCK.COM and against all claims of responsibility instituted against DOYOUSTOCK.COM on the basis of the violation of this contract and an unspecified right of a third party.

DOYOUSTOCK.COM is not responsible for the fraudulent use by a third party of the identifying username and/or the confidential code of the user.
The photographs and the illustrations reproduced on the site are not contractual.
DOYOUSTOCK.COM reserves the right to suspend, without either prior notice or compensation and without undertaking any responsibility, either temporarily or permanently, access to the site. It does not guarantee that the site will be accessible without interruption. It can interrupt access to the site for maintenance reasons and in particular in the event of urgency.
